Pallavi Tyagi appointed Chief Human Resources Officer of Capgemini in India

Mumbai, October 3, 2019 – Capgemini today announced the appointment of Pallavi Tyagi as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for its India operations, effective September 30, 2019. Pallavi joins Capgemini in India after managing multiple roles in DuPont where she was the Head of Talent Acquisition and Organizational Vibrancy for Asia Pacific in her last role. She takes over from Anil Jalali, Executive Vice President who will become Group HR Transformation Advisor reporting to Hubert Giraud, Member of the Group Executive Board and Group Chief HR Officer. In his new role, Anil will be focused on shaping Capgemini’s transformation journey by leveraging offshore capabilities to bring increased efficiencies, while also supporting the smooth transition of the new India CHRO.

Biography of Pallavi Tyagi

Pallavi Tyagi is a Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience across FMCG, IT and process and discrete manufacturing companies. She was formerly the Head of Talent Acquisition & Organizational Vibrancy at DuPont.

Pallavi’s experience spans the entire gamut of the HR function including strategy, leadership pipeline development, manufacturing operations, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and management with a strong focus on high emotional quotient, interpersonal capability and strategic stakeholder management. She has worked in multiple geographies including the United States, Russia, Poland, Middle East, China, South East Asia and India, among others.

Pallavi is married and has a daughter who is pursuing medicine. She is passionate about art history in her free time.
