The brand realized that there wasn’t an easy, mess-free solution that enabled consumers to apply color to their hair in the comfort of their own home.

L’Oréal’s Technology Incubator collaborated with Synapse (part of Capgemini Invent) to design the Colorsonic: an innovative solution that could achieve consistent results for consumers, while staying ahead of the competition.

The Colorsonic is a first-of-its-kind device that delivers vibrant color at the touch of a button. This method of at-home hair care is quick, effective, and achieves results regardless of hair type.

Named one of TIME’s Best Innovations of 2022, the Colorsonic furthers L’Oréal’s positioning as one of the world’s leading cosmetics and beauty groups.
