Capgemini implemented a Power App to automatically build success-story documents based on customer success records within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. These were made available to the entire global sales force, transforming the company’s sales activity with turnaround times reduced by 60 percent and a win-rate increase of 70 percent.
