What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?

I am the Practice Lead for Managed Services in Capgemini Romania, so my day-to-day is mostly about creating the best environment for my team to perform, while helping our clients achieve their goals.

In Managed Services our primary goal is to minimize the impact of incidents by restoring normal service operation as quickly as possible.

How are you working towards the future you want?

I’m creating a more agile way to work for our clients while trying to push for more sustainable solutions. IoT is one area where everything is constantly changing, and this pushes us as a team to change as well. This means that we can introduce different ways of working that are environment-friendly, and that help build a better world.

What advice would you give to someone joining Capgemini?

Be whoever you want to be, don’t try to change yourself. We are constantly evolving our ways of working to be even more inclusive and diverse, so you will feel welcomed here, no matter what your background is.
