Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?

An average day at Capgemini / at client side is quite busy: as a project manager I am responsible for a smooth way of working, I help the team to find the root causes and the solutions when they are facing a problem and ensure structure and transparency during the process.

What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini?

My journey with Capgemini Hungary started more than 4 years ago and I like the way this company supports growth. Because being inspired by different projects and teams is a unique way of the life long learning and a great opportunity to boost our professional knowledge.

What makes you proud to work at Capgemini?

Capgemini ensures professional background and knowledge sharing worldwide, which is an adventage for those who have a growth mindset. Besides this I would like to highlight the team spirit. We have several events in Hungary (BBQ Party, Scavenger Hunt, Sport Challenge, Movie Night, Skool Rolling Office etc.), which help us bond together.

How are you working towards the future you want?

First of all I live my life according to our values, this is called leading by example. Secondly, I continuously improve my knowledge to build a holistic approach. And last but not least, I treat people with respect regardless of their position.
