The theme for this year’s tour “The Experience of Work” is important and timely to investigate, as we cope with how to accelerate towards our new normal. The pandemic has impacted us all, changing how we live and how we work. It has been a driving force that has accelerated new ways of thinking.
Over the course of the tour, hearing from organisations globally and locally, we heard consistent messages and found three key themes emerge.
