Capgemini and RMIT University win an ISG Paragon Award™ for digital transformation

Recognised for successfully transforming digital capabilities at RMIT, in support of its ‘Ready for Life and Work’ strategy

Sydney, April 18, 2019 – Capgemini today announced that a collaborative project to successfully transform RMIT’s systems and service models has won the Digital Transformation Award at the 2019 ISG Paragon Awards™ ANZ. The award recognised a successful collaboration that transformed the University’s digital capabilities, giving it the ability to drive more personalised and connected digital experiences for students and staff.

The partnership successfully upgraded the University’s digital content management system, installed an enterprise CRM platform, embedded agile delivery practices and delivered innovations across Artificial Intelligence (AI) and mobile.

The initiatives supported improvements in student retention, Net Promoter Scores and global competitiveness, while enabling students to be ready for life and work.

The ISG Paragon Awards™ ANZ celebrate the evolution of the sourcing industry through the application of new sourcing approaches and digital technology. The Digital Transformation category, highlights organisations or key business functions that were successfully transformed through relationships that demonstrated high performance leadership and best practices in the sourcing and service management fields.
