Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?
I am performing a global role. It’s all about innovation to enhance employee experience. I look for automation opportunities which can free up bandwidth of the HR team. I recommend system driven solutions to handle process gaps to respective country HR teams. I collaborate with Group HR and Group IT functions to convert requirements into a reality. I make sure I am available to my team to handle any complex queries they have.

How are you working towards the future you want?
I think the best way of planning for the future is to make the most of the present. I have entered a mentoring program as a mentee. I have been a mentor to others, now I am experiencing the other side. I have set goals for next 3 years which will not only help me grow but, my team as well. One should keep evolving with the business. I truly resonate with our purpose, “Unleashing human energy through technology for an inclusive and sustainable future” and want to contribute to this journey.
