Born in 1966, Cyril Garcia is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (1989) (a major French business and politics school). He began his career in 1991 as an advisor to the then Minister of Industry, Dominique Strauss-Kahn. In 1993, he joined Bossard Consultants where he notably led many enterprise and public organization transformations in the services, utilities and media sectors. Following the acquisition of Bossard Consultants by Cap Gemini in 1997, he continued this role within Gemini Consulting France.
In 2002, he was promoted to Vice President and became responsible for the public sector in Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, which became Capgemini. He was a member of the Executive Committee of Capgemini Consulting France from 2003 to 2010, where he carried out different roles, including Head of Business Development for Capgemini Consulting France.
Cyril Garcia has been a member of the German Marshall Fund Fellowship, since 1999.
