- How do you feel in the morning, getting up and going to work at Capgemini?
When I get up in the morning and prepare myself for going to work, I feel motivated by the thought of learning something new – be it technical or non-technical stuff. I know for a fact that I’ll get to be a better version of myself every day. This is what fills me with positive energy and motivates me to accomplish something challenging and exciting.
- What do you love about your job?
My job helps me understand my true potential and encourages me to apply innovation at everything I do. Plus, I’m lucky to be working with professionals who constantly keep pushing me to take on challenging opportunities while guiding me through every stage.
- How does Capgemini empower you to master your skills?
At Capgemini, we are given constant guidance and support to aid our growth as seasoned professionals. During the hands-on training we were given a walk-through of the various phases involved in a project. Then we were assigned live projects with real-world problem statements. This experience has helped me master several skills that are sure to come in handy throughout my career as an IT professional.
- How does Capgemini support your sense of purpose in your career?
Capgemini is full of opportunities for a curious learner. I get to grow by learning something new every day, which has not only helped me take better decisions as a professional but also transformed my outlook in general.
- What do you aspire to achieve in your career in technology?
I aspire to master all the skills I need to possess in my tech domain, while also learning the nuances of leading a successful life on both, professional and personal fronts.

- What has been your most memorable moment so far in Capgemini?
My most memorable moment has to be when I participated for the Corporate Talent Championship (CTC) where I was appreciated for my performance by my colleagues as well as my managers.
