  • How do you feel in the morning, getting up and going to work at Capgemini?

After a decade of working in other Corporates, along with 8 years of sabbatical with a freelancing profile, and now working in Capgemini, I look forward to coming to work and doing what I love – Train and Facilitate the Employees of the Organisation.

  • What do you love about your job?

This is not just a job for me, it is my passion. Interacting with people and helping them find their paths and enable learning is what I love to do! What makes me happier is the fact that, as a Life Coach, I make a difference, however small it is, in the person’s life from my experience and learning.

  • How does Capgemini empower you to master your skills?

As an L&D team member and a facilitator, the organization invests in individual upskilling and learning through various kinds of Training and Certifications.

  • How does Capgemini help support your sense of purpose in your career?

I love my current work profile and I wish to continue working in the People Development field. I am a certified Life Coach and would want to invest my time in Training people how to coach, which is a part of my job profile now, and I also Coach People for a better personal and professional outcome.

  • How does Capgemini give you the autonomy to make decisions?

Capgemini is a very people-driven organization and their biggest and most valued asset are the employees. In my profile, I have the decision-making power and it is looked upon with great respect.

  • What do you love about the way of working at Capgemini?

Flexibility, compassion, respect and understanding for and of individuals. The organisation takes care of the overall growth of the employees; it also promotes and encourages everyone to work on self-development as well.

  • How does this all combine for you to have passion for what you do?

I am passionate about developing people’s mind, thereby creating a positive impact. My work and passion are combined. I would want to work more on Coaching as well. Also, the flexibility and other activities within the organization help me keep my interest in Sports going.

  • What was your most memorable moment in your Capgemini journey?

Every time I deliver or facilitate a session, it adds to my memories. When I was recognized for my contribution to HR activities, I received an R&R within the 1st year! It was a big surprise and a memorable moment for me!

  • What are you an Ace at?

Being a Behavioral Trainer and a Certified Coach, it helps me to add more value to the sessions. Not only does it help me see from a different perspective but also enables me to deliver the session from a different paradigm.  My ACE is being an Empathetic Life Coach.
