People are core to Capgemini. Apart from the learning opportunities, I am happy that the organization makes great efforts to listen to all its employees’ opinions and suggestions.

It’s always a new and a pleasant experience to log in each day. Capgemini is the right place to fulfill my love for learning; there is always something new lined up each day, and the specialized training sessions help me hone and build my skill sets in multiple ways.

What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini?

The IT world is new to me; therefore, it’s an incredible experience personally to be working at Capgemini. Quite simply, people are core to the organisation. It takes great efforts to know all its employees’ opinions and suggestions via team meetings or regular feedback surveys. There is a vast range of learning opportunities; the sessions are highly informative, fun and interesting, which makes them easier to understand. You have a range of skill-building activities, and you are free to take up any course in your leisure. That is what makes Capgemini special for me.

What makes you proud to work at Capgemini?

I am very proud to be associated with Capgemini because even as a fresher, I received great support. I got excellent training from my team, which helped me create visible impact and generate positive results in my project. I understood the value of teamwork and received good exposure, which was paramount to my overall progress as a professional. Further, as a values-based global organization, working for the good of society – and the planet – in an ethical, inclusive, and sustainable manner is core to Capgemini’s philosophy.

How are you working towards the future you want?

Everyone is willing to take time out to listen to you, and help you work towards your goals and aspirations, especially our ‘transformers’ who are responsible for training in the project. The rest is, of course, up to the employee to absorb the knowledge and training received to go forth and achieve their dreams. I am confident that the learning opportunities I have received will help me build a successful career in the direction of my choice.

I really feel at home at Capgemini. The organisation is fully tuned in to the wellbeing of its people – not only while they are at work but also beyond. In the current pandemic situation, right from providing free vaccinations to round-the-clock medical facilities for those affected, employee health has been front and center for Capgemini.
