Vijay Chandramohan is Head of Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) -India and APAC, Capgemini.  He is responsible for managing and driving functions including real estate rationalization and strategy across Asia Pacific that also spans planning for capacity management, facility management, physical & electronic security, and Health & Safety.
 
Vijay has over two decades of experience across diverse functions like Software development, Global Delivery and Corporate Real Estate. He is adept in managing strategic transformational change programs and driving deployment at a global scale for diverse clients through geographically dispersed virtual teams and has significant international exposure across US, UK and APAC region.
 
Vijay began his professional career at Kanbay which was acquired by Capgemini and has moved across various roles in Capgemini including heading operations for APAC, US and UK Global delivery centers.
 
Vijay is a Civil Engineer and graduated from College of Engineering, Pune. An avid traveler and a part time chef, he likes to spend time on the road exploring various local cuisines. Vijay and his wife live in Pune and are actively involved in the home schooling of their daughter.
