Sanjay Binyala is the Vice President and Head of DCX at Capgemini in India. He is responsible for further strengthening Capgemini’s Digital Customer Experience (DCX) technology and capabilities in India and expanding global footprint by taking the CX portfolio offers to market.
 
He has been with Capgemini for over 18 years and is instrumental for enabling growth and customer satisfaction across Capgemini’s global client base. He brings multi-dimensional experience in managing Practices and OBUs, Program Management, Sales support and Consultancy. With a keen eye in driving Transformation Programs, he has established multiple competency centers for the Group – NetSuite and Oracle Cloud being the most recent ones.
 
He has over 24 years of experience and started his professional career at a boutique firm as a Software Developer and then worked as a Consultant for PeopleSoft at RedBrigade Systems Corp and then moved on to PricewaterhouseCoopers, before joining Capgemini in July 2002.  
 
Sanjay holds Bachelor’s of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from K.J. Somaiya College of Engineering, Mumbai. Apart from spending time with his wife and daughter, travel and sports come high on his personal agenda.
