Chief Technology and Innovation Officer – India, Capgemini

Nisheeth Srivastava is the Chief Technology and Innovation officer for Capgemini in India. In his current role, he is responsible for driving Capgemini’s agenda for technology and innovation and expanding and enhancing the role of India in making Capgemini the preferred innovation partner for clients. He enables this by leveraging Capgemini’s sectoral and cross-domain expertise and the rapidly evolving technology landscape.
 
Nisheeth leads the Applied Innovation Exchanges and Sector Hubs in India to create a powerful value proposition for strategic client footprint while additionally building an enabling ecosystem of partners to help power our global Innovation network.

In a career spanning 25 years, Nisheeth has been a seasoned entrepreneur as well as a corporate leader with global experience and specializes in executing new go-to-market and capability expansion initiatives, through collaborative and innovative strategies. He has founded, invested in and mentored a spectrum of start-ups and is on the advisory board of several startup incubators and Innovation Hubs in India. In his prior corporate roles, he has also led large revenue management roles in various IPP firms in Europe and India, with significant experience in Financial Services industry, bringing value-centricity to the mandate. 

Nisheeth is an engineering graduate in Electronics and Communications from IIT (BHU), Varanasi.  An entrepreneur at heart, he believes that embracing and learning from frequent failures is more important than celebrating the rare successes.
 
He is passionate about Diversity & Inclusion as well as CSR; and contributes in personal capacity towards the causes of child education and rehabilitation.
