Executive Vice President, Europe India Leader, Capgemini

Harinder Chatrath is EVP, Europe India Leader at Capgemini. He is responsible for all the engagements delivered from India for European Clients in the Application Services space with a strong mandate to grow the portfolio in accounts, across the world of Digital and Cloud, working in close collaboration with the Global Business Lines. He has personally led multiple complex business transformations across Europe and has been instrumental in setting up industrialized units driving competitiveness and gaining market share. He is passionate about understanding customer business processes and applies Industry context to create value for Clients Business and IT.

Harinder brings more than two decades of rich and diverse industry experience. He joined Capgemini in 2011 as Program Manager – Delivery Excellence. In his 11+ years with Capgemini, he has held several leadership roles starting from Stellantis India Leader to SCE SBU India Leader. He has driven Go-to-Market strategies, led large-deals in Europe and captive acquisitions with strong focus on gaining market share.
 
Prior to joining Capgemini, Harinder was associated with IPPs for 12+ years leading and guiding several large Clients on global delivery and business transformations journeys in Automotive, Retail and Healthcare Industries.
 
Harinder has a degree in Engineering from Mumbai University.
