At Capgemini, we understand the critical and dynamic nature of the insurance business. That is why we teamed up with AXA France as it endeavored to update and simplify its claims processes.

As a multi-channel insurance organization with thousands of agents and brokers, AXA France sought to streamline its claims processes to help save time and become more efficient. The company’s claims management re-engineering effort included Capgemini’s implementation of Guidewire’s advanced vendor management and claims summary view software – or vue de synthèse.

Vue de synthèse. Very different from the multi-screened claims process, vue de synthèse offers a clear, comprehensive, 360° view of a claims status throughout its lifecycle, as well as one-click access to all critical claims elements. Agents, brokers, and office personnel are now able to promptly view claims information more efficiently and effortlessly – saving 10 minutes per motor claim, alone.

Vendor management capabilities. With Capgemini’s implementation of Guidewire’s vendor management capabilities, AXA France can now provide enhanced customer compensation, while optimizing company profitability. Based on auto damage details, the software matches the best auto service provider with the best rate. This capability helps further reduce claims costs, while enriching customer experience.
