Ashok Vemuri, CEO of IGATE, leaves Capgemini

Ashok Vemuri joined US-based IGATE as CEO in September 2013. The acquisition of the company by Capgemini is effective since July 1^st, 2015.

Paul Hermelin, Chairman and CEO of Capgemini, would like to thank Ashok Vemuri “for his active participation to the acquisition process and his remarkable energy in the transition phase”.

The integration of IGATE is progressing as planned. With the publication of the third quarter results, the Group will provide an update on its progress and highlights of the future organization, which will be effective on January 1^st 2016.

The Group reiterates its outlook for the year, as set in the H1 2015 publication: the Group forecasts 2015 revenue growth of 12%, at current Group structure and exchange rates, and an operating margin rate of 10.3%. Organic free cash flow is expected to exceed €600 million.
