We were delighted to participate at Adobe Summit 2023 and explore how organizations can thrive in the ever-changing digital economy and spark innovations.

Our annual research on ‘What matters to today’s consumer‘ indicates one of the biggest consumer shifts, is deep concern in rising living costs. As a direct result, consumers are spending extra time shopping for bargains and pledging loyalty to brands that demonstrate care, empathy, and help during these difficult times. This shift in consumer behavior has been felt across industries, from retail and finance to telecommunications and pharmaceuticals.

At Adobe Summit we hosted sessions as below and a booth where we caught up with clients, colleagues and attendees – as well as demonstrating live our Connected Marketing Engine. We explored in-depth how organizations far and wide can embrace digital experiences and respectful personalization to drive growth, increase efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction.

The Connected Marketing Engine

At Summit we hosted an exclusive live experience of The Connected Marketing Engine (CME) at our booth. CME enables retailers to create a 360-degree view of their customers, by using digital experience, data touchpoints and personalized interactions. CME empowers consumers to engage with their brands of choice, via highly personalized experiences, that build lasting relationships and brand loyalty.
