Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?

I am the Global ABM lead for Capgemini’s focused Hi-Tech accounts. My role is to understand client pain points and showcase our offerings along with the sales team. I leverage my background to enable engaging storytelling and message delivery. My work contributes to the organization’s ambition of adding value to our clients’ business.

What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini?

I have progressed in my career since joining Capgemini. I have been given opportunities to upskill myself regularly and take on more responsibilities because of the guidance and training. I believe I am on track for the future I want at Capgemini.

What advice would you give to someone joining Capgemini?

To excel at Capgemini, you ought to have a clear vision of what you want to achieve professionally and voice it. The culture here is such that it fosters people’s progress and allows them to excel. If you try and fail, you’d be encouraged to keep trying till you succeed.

How do you think Capgemini’s support has been since the pandemic began?

The support from Capgemini during the pandemic has been phenomenal. Financial support, medical aid, vaccine support, emotional counseling, behavior training, and quarantine arrangements, everything was taken care of by the company for its employees and their dependents.
