I’ve always wanted to work at Capgemini. Even before joining, I followed their LinkedIn page and was impressed by their commitment to helping employees pursue their career dreams. The emphasis on gender equality further attracted me to Capgemini.

My integration into Capgemini was seamless, thanks to the India Continuous Assimilation Program (I-CAP). From my initial interviews to onboarding and document submissions, everything went smoothly. The support from HR, especially the recruiter, made the process effortless. The structured onboarding process and helpful colleagues made me feel welcomed from day one.

How has I-CAP as a program helped you in bridging this gap and how I-CAP has helped you in becoming more assimilated and integrated into this organization?
