My journey with Capgemini began before joining. Leading a Women In Technology network, I witnessed Capgemini’s commitment to women’s advancement. The culture of support and inspiration convinced me to be a part of it.

How was your experience with integration to Capgemini?

Thanks to India Continuous Assimilation Program (I-CAP) my integration into Capgemini was smooth. The HR team that onboarded me was exceptional, promptly addressing all my queries. Programs like Leadership Connects and the Buddy program enhanced my onboarding experience.

What do you enjoy most at Capgemini?

Capgemini encourages learning and experimentation, which resonates with my values. As I train to be an agile coach, the emphasis on practical learning is rewarding.
