When we hear about use cases in AI, we often learn them through the lens of the companies behind them: How they achieved cost savings, new revenue sources or greater efficiencies. We might also hear about how customers benefited from a more personalized or faster experience. But what’s missing from these conversations is an essential component to AI and its future: the social good that it can do – and has done!
Most businesses are still underrepresented in AI. As AI leaders make progress toward creating more inclusive solutions that include these individuals, communications professionals should emphasize these successes in service of not only highlighting the good that comes from AI but also encouraging organizations to invest more in sustainable solutions. The more we celebrate these use cases, the more motivated AI practitioners may be to explore further applications.
Join us on 14th October at the World Summit AI in the Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam or online. Our expert Marijn Markus will be delivering a keynote at 15:00 CET on ‘AI for Good’ illustrating the contributions of AI to society. Through practical use cases we will help you discover how to apply AI for social good.
Topics to be addressed:
- How to use AI for social good
- How to aid farmers using satellite images and computer vision
- How to help humans, organizations and whales with AI.
- How to skip the AI buzz and deliver value
