Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?

As the Operations Lead in I&D Denmark, I strive to ensure that the operations processes support the financial targets, focus on people, i.e., matching the right skills with suitable projects, and streamline processes so that we can help and deliver value to our clients. Additionally, I am part of the Nordic Operations team, ensuring we have a unified view of our financials, people, and processes!    

I engage actively in business development activities to bring the best of Capgemini’s strength to our existing and new clients. Growth and expansion of our business is a critical KPI. This also entitles focusing on attracting and recruiting top talents for I&D Denmark as part of my daily activities.  

My agenda also involves ensuring that we focus on diversity and inclusion. This means creating an environment where our employees feel valued and respected, and their differences are celebrated. I firmly believe that our employees are our assets, and we are committed to their well-being.

– What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini?

The sheer amount of offerings and talent present within Capgemini is impressive. I experienced that my colleagues , irrespective of their geographical locations, are always ready to help and assist whenever I reach out to them. Furthermore, I love the people-focused agenda in Capgemini and the flexibility in getting the future we want.

– What makes you proud to work at Capgemini?

We are part of a big organization with a diverse talent pool! Being part of our social engagements – such as diversity and sustainability and ensuring everyone feels valued and appreciated, makes me proud to work at Capgemini.

– How are you working towards the future you want?

Technology has always fascinated me, and I have a personal development plan towards upskilling within Data and AI. At Capgemini, we have access to almost all the popular online courses, such as Coursera, Udemy, and Pluralsight, and I frequently use these services.

– What advice would you give to someone joining Capgemini?

Be proactive, open, and willing to reach out. People at Capgemini are always ready to help. So, do not hesitate.
