About the program

Our FTTC program functions as your entry point into the dynamic world of finance and accounting (F&A), giving you practical consulting experience that has a real impact for individuals, businesses, and wider society.

As a member of our Intelligent Finance and Accounting (IFAO) team, the FTTC program will enable you to gain transferable skills that will help you to grow into an experienced junior IFAO consultant in just 12 months.
The program also gives you the chance to fuel your own growth through a continuous journey of personal and professional development, empowering you to take on diverse roles and engage with clients according to your preferences and strengths.
It does this through providing ongoing coaching and regular reviews from a dedicated buddy, mentor, and manager who support and guide you through the dynamic and diverse environment of Capgemini’s business world. This will ensure you continue to elevate your career and further enrich your experience at Capgemini long after the program has ended.

Capgemini’s FTTC program gives you the opportunity to work with the very best people and technology on the market, enabling you to rotate across multiple projects, roles, and clients, and giving you exposure to diverse disciplines, including:

We invite you to apply if you:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree – a finance-specific degree is not needed, but a passion to pursue a career in consulting is a must
  • Know how to interpret client requirements and transform data into high-performance solutions, which help build client relationships at all levels
  • Have excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Possess a proven ability to use MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)
  • Have organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Have a proactive, curious, and can-do mindset, an adaptable and resilient attitude to change
  • Have critical thinking, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Enjoy working across functions (finance, supply chain, HR etc.)
  • Have a strong commercial awareness.

The application procedure is as follows:

1- Submit your application

Submit your CV/cover letter through our virtual job search portal – do not forget to submit all your answers on the application page. We will then review your submission and get back to you.

2- Phone and video interview

If your submission is successful, we will invite you to take part in a 30-minute telephone interview with a member of our recruitment teams to get to know you better, followed by a video interview.

3- Virtual assessment center

If we like what we hear, then we will invite you to our virtual assessment center where you will work on a group task and have an interview with your manager. Both of which will give us a better understanding of your skillset and ensure you are the right fit for the job. 

4- Offer

Congratulations! If you successfully pass all the previous application stages we will offer you a place in our Fast Track to Consulting program. If, unfortunately, you are not successful, do not worry, we will provide you with feedback you can use to improve your applications moving forward.
