Just a couple of months after SAPPHIRE 2018 and the announcement of the rebranding and future direction for the Customer Experience suite from SAP to SAP C/4HANA, it’s time for SAP CX Live 2018. This event was earlier called as SAP Hybris Live and is held in Barcelona each year.
SAP Customer Experience LIVE! is the main global Customer Experience event led by SAP. This year the event will encompass 250+ sessions in 17 theatres on 50,000 square feet of exhibition space over two days. It includes keynotes, presentations, demo pods and sessions, panel discussions, partner sessions, master classes, and interactive sessions – a great smorgasbord for anyone interested in Customer Experience and SAP.
Just like last year, Capgemini is the Platinum Sponsor at the event and will hold a number of speaker sessions in the theaters featuring renowned clients such as “Global SAP C/4HANA implementation at PPG”. In our booth P1 on the show floor, we are planning to showcase very exciting demos such as Conversational Commerce and Customer 360. What are my expectations for the event? I am looking forward to engaging with our existing and prospective customers from around the world, as well as our very experienced team of experts and thought leaders in SAP C/4HANA and the SAP Customer Experience platform. Meeting the subject matter experts from SAP, customers, and partners and learning from the experience of the users, seeing the coolest showcases and the future roadmap from SAP are some of the key things I am looking forward to. Last, but not the least, I am keen to become a little bit wiser and have a lot of fun while doing this!
From the Nordic perspective, we see a lot of interest in the market embracing the fresh take on the Customer Experience space which SAP is bringing to the table. We are bringing some of those Customers with us and taking this as an opportunity to learn and take the next steps together. SAP C/4HANA is an area with very high potential, not the least in the Nordics, and we are looking forward to leading this development into a very interesting future.
