As Global Initiative Leader for Digital with IBM Commerce at Capgemini, I’m especially excited about IBM’s forthcoming show, Amplify 2015. Between 11-13 May, thousands will descend on San Diego’s Convention Center to learn more about how best to engage customers—both now, and in the future.
I’m excited because it’s so timely. Never before has every customer—no matter what they’re buying, nor whether it’s in a personal or professional capacity—had such high expectations from the companies they spend with. In the digital, ‘always on’ era, engagement is what ultimately attracts, delights and retains clients. And getting it right depends on an increasingly complex combination of factors.
At Amplify 2015, Capgemini will be zeroing in on two vital factors for successful engagement, loyalty and demand-driven supply chain, and will be unveiling two exciting new solutions to meet the challenges they pose: Mobile2Store and Intelligent Commerce and Fulfillment.
