Lending-Web
Event

lend as you’d like to borrow

Swedbank has made lending faster, simpler, more human – for colleagues and customers.

In November Capgemini, Pega and Swedbank will participate in an exclusive webinar to discuss the challenges in overcoming legacy and building a more engaging lending journey.

We will cover Swedbank’s:

  1. transformation to a digital bank with physical meeting points rather than a physical bank with a digital presence
  2. back-office digitalization in lending operations and mutual fund administration
  3. development of a mobile lending origination platform that automated the entire process from application to disbursement

We’ll also be looking at the latest best practices in providing one view of the customer across all channels, automating personalized “next-best-actions” as well as capturing, handling, and routing service needs

The results for Swedbank have been impressive:

  • Automation of credit origination and disbursements for personal loans (both direct and via third parties) and mortgages
  • Faster more efficient processing of consumer loans with 65% getting an instant response and an over 80% decrease in processing time end-to-end
  • Improved processing for mortgages with a 65% decrease in processing time and over 50% of digital applications getting an instant response

No-one enjoys having to borrow money. But they like it if you make it easier. That’s why Swedbank has made the lending process a more positive experience

Date: 24th of November
Time: 14:00 – 14:45
