Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?

I lead Insights & Data, NA Utilities practice, and work as a Delivery Executive for one of our largest utility accounts. Aside from creating value for our clients through viable digital transformational solutions and building data products to meet the needs of their business for a sustainable future, I am actively engaged in pursuing opportunities for profitable growth and fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture.

– What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini?

Setting goals that aim high, taking on additional responsibilities, envisioning the future, focusing on nurturing relationships, mentoring and coaching our talent, contributing to add value and grow our business, and expanding my reach within the organization to connect, grow and learn.

– What advice would you give to someone joining Capgemini?

It is significant to learn the business and being good with commitment to strive for excellence on an assignment. However, regardless of where you are in your career, what matters is connecting with others! Build trusted relationships, offer to help others, be empathetic, listen before speaking, embrace the culture, focus on what is important, not the noise, and always be authentic. Remember, every voice, experience, and interaction matters.
