– Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?

I lead Insights & Data, NA Utilities practice, and work as a Delivery Executive for one of our largest utility accounts. Aside from creating value for our clients through viable digital transformational solutions and building data products to meet the needs of their business for a sustainable future, I am actively engaged in pursuing opportunities for profitable growth and fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture.

– What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini?

The entrepreneurial spirit that opens opportunities to be bold, jump outside the box, go beyond the commonplace. It is about the people and our clients that make each day challenging, exciting, and offer continuous learning. – What advice would you give to someone joining Capgemini?

It is significant to learn the business and being good with commitment to strive for excellence on an assignment. However, regardless of where you are in your career, what matters is connecting with others! Build trusted relationships, offer to help others, be empathetic, listen before speaking, embrace the culture, focus on what is important, not the noise, and always be authentic. Remember, every voice, experience, and interaction matters.
