Today is the United Nation’s International Day of the Girl Child.

As educating women is the most effective single contribution that can be made to achieving the broadest number of the UN’s Millennium Development Goals, that’s why Capgemini works with the Naandi Foundation in India to get girls into school.

Between our business and our employees, we’re currently sponsoring around 10,000 girls into school through Naandi’s Nanhi Kali programme; and earlier this year we were proud to reach our 50,000th school year of sponsorship.
