What we expect from you.

 

At least 8 years’ experience in core areas of CRM (Sales, Service and / or Marketing modules) with at least 4 years’ experience in performing in a Business Analyst capacity and mapping business processes.

You have a strong knowledge on Dynamics Architecture and Data Model and proficient with Microsoft Tools and you are capable of under taking complex MS Dynamics CRM configuration as well as customizations.

You are able to develop Microsoft CRM custom workflow assemblies, plug – ins and Java Script Development.

You have some development capabilities to undertake Microsoft CRM form development and reports with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services

You have development capabilities on Microsoft .Net Framework, including C#, VB.Net and integrating Microsoft CRM with Microsoft SharePoint CRM 2013 or 2015 Certification

You are able to analyze complex problems.

You have strong Process management knowledge.

You have strong communication skills and you are able to influence business users to accept best practices and process improvements.

You feel comfortable to interact with suppliers

You are fluent in English.
