Your role

We are looking for a Process Expert to join the Network Engineering Processes' team of our client in the telecommunication sector.

  • You will be responsible of translation of project requirements into user stories,
  • Define user stories with SMEs,
  • Definition of test scenarios, validation of test scenario’s to prepare go live decision.
  • Define roles & responsabilities;
  • Create cross functional flows (BPMN 2.0);
  • Validate the process flows & ensure the relevant metrics are available to ensure the process is & remains fit for purpose.
  • More business processes oriented and less on IT systems.

Your profile * Bachelor or Master degree; * Experience in telco sector is a big plus; * Minimum 3 years of experience; * Experience with Aris or Green Belt and/or BPMN; * Assertive & Work Independent/autonomously; * Strong communication skills (Sr Management interactions); * Stress resistant & Result driven.
