I am also Global Head of SAP Operations and responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the Capgemini SAP practice, which comprises of more than 18.000 consultants around the world. My main focus is on unified knowledge management, common methodology and tools, strategic skills development, common solutions and IP development on innovative platforms and global deals support.
