Reimagine your Customer Experience differently with Capgemini at Adobe Summit EMEA

Thank you for joining us at this year’s Adobe Summit EMEA, where we explored and presented our latest solutions, expert insight via our breakout session, in-booth demos and case studies centered around how we leverage Adobe’s technology to help create extraordinary experiences that deliver value for our clients and their customers.

In an increasingly connected, always-on world, customers want to control demand and dictate how they receive information. As a result, companies need to continuously reinvent themselves to offer disruptive experiences that create differentiation, cultivate customer loyalty, and generate growth. Recently named a Leader in Gartner’s 2019 Magic Quadrant for CRM and Customer Experience Implementation Services, we help our clients reimagine the customer experience by optimizing existing and new innovations to address industry challenges. Our deep-rooted industry knowledge across business functions allows us to build engaging, differentiated customer journeys.

Replay our Client Breakout Session at Adobe Summit EMEA: Balancing solutions in a challenging digital environment

Over the last 3 years, Atlas Copco has transformed their digital presence from a classical website, to a true customer experience using Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target. In addition, Atlas Copco collaborates with Adobe Managed Services and Capgemini, an implementation partner to assure a true partnership to achieve optimal results.

After going live for 3 months in early 2016, Atlas’ ecosystem has grew to having 2 corporate websites, over 100 local country websites in more than 30 languages and close to 30 brand websites, each with their own stakeholders and KPI’s. Internally, a team of more than decentralized content editors work to provide the content, while more than 300 users have access to Adobe Analytics to ensure correct application.

Since going live, their conversion rates have increased by over 250% and Atlas Copco has won the award for Excellence in Web Content Management during EMEA Summit in 2018, making this project a huge success. Atlas Copco continues to look for the latest innovation, it plans to have an upgrade to AEM 6.4 or 6.5 later this year and has a continuous interest in marketing automation.
