Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?

In my current role as Talent Acquisition Specialist, I am responsible for searching and hiring talent for Capgemini Belgium. From setting up LinkedIn searches to contract proposals, our Talent Acquisition Team does it all!

The red line throughout my day is to make the candidate experience as great as possible and to convince candidates to choose for our company.

– What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini?

Without a doubt, it’s the team I work with. We are all passionate about our jobs, have a great team atmosphere, and all noses point in the same direction! Additionally, when working with colleagues from other teams, I really feel that Capgemini has a strong focus on its people and everybody is willing to help when needed.

On the other hand, we get a lot of flexibility and trust, which brings a great work-life balance and makes me feel energized at all times.

– What makes you proud to work at Capgemini?

Capgemini really puts its employees first. When getting onboard, they take the time to explain everything the company has to offer. One of the great things that caught my attention when applying at Capgemini was the wide range of learning opportunities and the online platform. You can take your career into your own hands and shape it the way you want it to be!

– How are you working towards the future you want?

At this point, 3 months into my journey at Capgemini, I’m still exploring everything Capgemini has to offer and getting to know lots of new colleagues. As a recruiter I want to stay ahead of new trends within recruitment and provide our candidates with the best experience possible!

– What advice would you give to someone joining Capgemini?
