Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?

As a Managing Consultant for the Belgian Salesforce team, I take pride in spearheading the recruitment process for the DCX Belgian practice, while constantly exploring new business opportunities for our clients. On the other hand, my role as a Technical Analyst at a leading Energy supplier company requires me to identify and analyze technical Salesforce solutions for our clients, ensuring top-notch performance and customer satisfaction.

What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini?

For me there are different factors that play a major role in why Capgemini is so great. The first aspect is the fact to be able to drive my own career at my own pace, getting the learning opportunities and support needed from Capgemini to achieve my career goals. The second one is the trust I am given by the company to perform my job as I see fit. The third one is the Ohana (family) aspect our team has created, it literally feels like a second family.
