Specializing in Quality Assurance Management and the design & development of Quality Management System (QMS), I possess 14+ years of industry experience in Process definitions, Process Improvements, Audits & Assessments and Quality Assurance & Consulting. My specific areas of expertise include driving implementation of ISO standards like ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, CMMi & PCMM. I have successfully implemented and enhanced the Client Satisfaction Index Management & Internal Departmental Satisfaction Index Management at the companies I have worked with. I simplify process complexities by Process re-engineering and Implementation of Business Excellence Model.

While being associated with many Quality forums like IMC RBNQA, Qimpro, CSI, SPIN (Mumbai), Process Excellence Network etc., I am also a Certified examiner for IMC RBNQA and Qimpro.
