I am an expert in digital commerce and the business model transformation that is closely interlinked. I lead the Sales & Customer Service Transformation team in Sweden and Finland. I have more than 10 years of experience from supporting clients in digital transformation. I’ve managed a high profile transformation program that helped an automotive client launch a direct sales subscription model globally, arguably one of the first of its kind in the automotive industry, as well as set the digital commerce strategy for one of the world’s largest retailers based in Hong Kong.
I have 13+ years of management consulting and industry experience working in a wide set of sectors such as automotive, manufacturing, consumer products, retail, financial services, telco and IoT just to name a few. I hold an MSc. degree and PMP certification and have delivered digital transformation engagements for clients globally.
