She supported our clients to create sustainable business models and customer experiences in the digital age. She has 5 years of Consulting experience in creating new digital customer experiences and helping brands to reinvent themselves. She focuses in particular on sustainability and how companies can transform their business to reach the net zero ambitions. She completed the Masters in Marketing, Services & Communication Management at University of St. Gallen and holds a Diploma in Corporate Sustainability and is a certified Sustainability Practitioner.
