What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini?

There are several things that I like about working at Capgemini. One of them is related to diversity: you can meet in the same place people coming from different horizons banking, hospitality, industry and many countries Italy, Spain, Germany, France, India … I really love working in a multicultural environment, it is a crucial accelerating factor for growth, learning and development. It also allows us to bring a unique value proposal to our customers as we can always find in this joyful panel of people and knowledge some strong link with our customers ’culture and background. The other part that I like the most in my company is the wide choice of paths that we can follow during our career: I personally had the chance to work in 3 countries France, Morocco and Switzerland but also to move from consulting, project management to business development.

What makes you proud to work at Capgemini?

I am proud of the values of the Group, especially about diversity and inclusion. There is a real focus on giving equal chances to women, minority groups, LGBT community, people with disabilities… and promote them inside the Group. In my case, I am a Muslim woman coming originally from Morocco and a young mother of 2 magnificent babies; I had the chance to access various leadership roles during my career and to work with some of the Group’s biggest and most prestigious customers. I am really grateful for this opportunity, feeling like my career is growing every day based on my performance and my added value in the Group.

What advice would you give to someone joining Capgemini Switzerland?

The only advice I would give to new joiners is to be confident that they will be in good hands, in a caring workplace where they can enjoy their work and explore endless career opportunities within a multi-cultural and global company.
