Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini Invent look like?

As a strategy and management consultant at Capgemini Invent, my role involves working with clients to assess their current workforce and organizational structures, identify areas of inefficiency or potential improvement, and develop and implement strategies to enhance agility and increase overall effectiveness. My focus as Director workforce and organization and agility allows me to help clients adapt to changing business environments, optimize their operations, and achieve their strategic goals.

How are you working towards the future you want?

To work towards the future I want, I am continuously learning and expanding my knowledge and skills in my field. I also make sure to stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, so I can bring innovative ideas and solutions to my clients. Additionally, I actively seek out new opportunities for professional development, such as attending conferences and workshops, and networking with industry professionals. Finally, I have set specific goals for myself and am working towards achieving them through dedication, hard work, and perseverance.

What advice would you give to someone joining Capgemini Invent Switzerland?
