As a managing consultant my main task is to support my clients framing their digital transformation roadmap to support operations improvement and move toward sustainable manufacturing. Thank to our assessment frameworks, methodologies & industry expertise we challenge our client processes in order to simplify them and move tower best in class way of working to bring continuous value added.
