As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, you are a key member of our Delivery organization in Sweden. Collaborating with functional and technical teams, you’ll perform work in support of our clients, and you’ll ensure with your Marketing Cloud expertise the successful delivery of end-to-end Marketing Automation and CRM solutions. You’ll play back the features and prepare technical documentation to exceed client expectations using your deep Marketing Cloud product knowledge and understanding of its features and dependencies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with our clients to understand their Marketing Automation strategy, requirements, and intended functionality

  • Provide technical consultation and development of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Tool Set and custom solutions

  • Work within Marketing Cloud, especially across Contact Builder, Content Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio

  • You’ll have an eye for detail and can quickly produce high-quality presentations and design documents

  • You’ll be confident working both on your own and as part of a wider team of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultants and architects to deliver both out-of-the-box and custom designs that align both with the client business needs and the architecture of Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • You’ll at times demonstrate the Marketing Cloud technical capabilities and the art of the possible to team members and the client, and therefore we will help to develop your professional communication, presentation, and design thinking capabilities

Who are we looking for?

  • You who can work on end-user or client projects implementing Marketing Cloud from beginning to end

  • Ability to validate and implement technical designs and solutions and conduct end-to-end solution testing and validation

  • Ability to develop within Salesforce Marketing Cloud data management, scripting languages, and ideally with integrations and APIs – preferably SOAP and REST-based APIs

  • Proficient with writing SQL queries, utilizing HTML email templates and Amp script, working with JavaScript and XML

  • An Understanding of the data architecture/scheme, data management, and ability to set up Marketing Cloud data sources, e.g., Marketing Cloud Connector

  • An Understanding of Network protocols and services (DNS, HTTP, HTTPS)

  • Ability to identify project issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve

  • Preferably hold the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification, and evidence of progressing for further certification or Trailhead Super badges
