What’s the best part about working at Capgemini?

For me, the best thing about working at Capgemini is the people. We have a great mix of people from different backgrounds and cultures, which makes for interesting conversations at the coffee machine. I always learn something new during the coffee break.

I also like that Capgemini keeps its promise to employees – Get The Future You Want – by helping us shape our future. Leaders here are open to new ideas, and there are lots of chances to try different things and grow in the direction you want.

How many roles have you had at Capgemini?

In my three years at Capgemini, I’ve had three different roles. I started in the Marketing Team for Insights & Data after Capgemini acquired my previous company, Advectas. Then I moved to the Employer Branding Team for nearly two years, working on fun projects.

Recently, I took on a new role as the Nordic Marketing Manager for Capgemini Engineering, which I’m excited about. Capgemini offers so many opportunities to develop skills and careers, and I’m looking forward to what’s next.

What’s the best thing about changing roles within Capgemini?

The best part is getting to try something new while still being part of the same company with the same great people. It doesn’t feel like you’re stuck in one place; there are always exciting opportunities in different parts of the company.

Why would you recommend working at Capgemini to others?

I’d recommend it mainly because of the people! We have a fantastic group here from all over the world, which makes work enjoyable. Plus, you have the chance to grow and do what you’re passionate about. There’s never a dull moment.

What opportunities for development do you see at Capgemini?

As a mom with young kids, I don’t have a lot of free time, but whenever I can, I want to explore Capgemini’s training options. They have a huge library of courses and certifications that I can take for free. I also have the chance to learn and grow in my role every day, which is valuable and inspiring to me.
