Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at frog like?

I am a consultant at frog customer first. Currently I specialize in the capability unit called Innovation, Strategy and Design. A day at frog is never the same. Our projects have an average duration time between 3-4 months. This makes me able to experience many different projects, sectors and people within a short amount of time. One month I might be working within the agtech-industry and the next month within the Medtech or luxury industry. This suits me perfectly as being a curious-minded person.

What’s the best thing about working at frog? 

The frog approach consist of putting the customer or user in the center of attention. I believe the combination of creativity with well-structured methodologies is the key to value creation and drives the added value for our clients.

I also love working in teams, which you will always be able to do as a consultant.

What makes you proud to work at frog? 

We are a part of a big corporation, Capgemini Invent. With almost 350 000 employees in the world we have a big responsibility, but we can also be a part of shaping the future! I believe that Capgemini’s values give provide the right tool box for creating a positive impact for our clients.

How are you working on “making your mark”? 

Currently I am a part of the Diversity and Inclusion team at Capgemini Invent Switzerland. I also organize new-joiner drinks and social gatherings together with other colleagues Geneva. Last week I joined the rugby tag team at Invent, where our goal, besides from having a great time is to support a local charity organization.

What advice would you give to someone joining frog? 

Be curios and bold. Don’t be afraid to take responsibility and initiative. Since we are a small team your role is important. Therefore it is crucial to make the best out of it.
