Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at frog like? 

I’m working as a Consultant for the frog – customer first team at Capgemini Invent located in Zurich. Focusing on topics around innovation, strategy, and design I support clients to develop new product and service concepts derived from user, market, and competitor research.  

What’s the best thing about working at frog? 

It’s our small and young team of Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Managers. We have a supportive team spirit and collaborate together to grow frog in Switzerland. 

What makes you proud to work at frog? 

Frog is an incredible brand with amazing credentials from previous projects all around the world. Having access to a global network of experts in design and strategy consulting allows me to develop further and build up my skills. 

How are you working on “making your mark”? 

I got the opportunity to support a new offer for our group: Digital Accessibility. Digital Accessibility allows all users, no matter their disabilities to use digital products and services hassle-free and thus increases inclusivity in the digital space. I personally enjoy working on a socially relevant topic that can improve the lives of many and believe by successfully delivering projects on that topic, we can “make a mark” on business and society. 

What advice would you give to someone joining frog? 

Be open to meeting new people, being exposed to new industries, and working on different kinds of projects that might be out of your comfort zone but thus allow you to grow.
