Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?

I lead all Marketing and Communication activities at #CapgeminiSwitzerland – internally and externally. In our MarCom team we work on campaigns, actions and out of the box ideas to create brand awareness, involving all kind of different channels, entities and services which we offer in Switzerland – ABL, Invent and Engineering to strengthen the team community, attract new clients, maintain the existing ones, build up new partnerships and also to create the best possible experience for our existing employees. Local content is always key and our engaged employees help us to bring the most impactful campaigns to life together with us.

We also work closely together with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams in order to attract the right and best candidates.

What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini?

How are you working towards the future you want?

I am convinced that we can deliver the best results when we have a strong team and leader who supports, motivates and believes in you. Allowing you the freedom to experiment and execute different options and ideas you have. Good ideas can only come to life if you receive the ground to plant them. It is very motivating when you have the chance to work on an activity or campaign from A-Z and are involved in all different stages, from the creative and strategic concept creation towards the execution and analysis to improve further. Also being able to work on all aspects of the Marketing Mix in one job profile is very exciting and fulfilling.

What advice would you give to someone joining Capgemini Switzerland?

Don’t be afraid to be bold and to connect with different contacts also from different countries and departments. Embrace challenges as you will learn and evolve the most thanks to them.
