Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini Engineering look like?

I really like my role as an ASIC Developer. In this role I get the opportunity to achieve the next milestones for new technologies.

What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini Engineering?

What I enjoy with Capgemini Engineering and something that is actually the reason why I chose to work here, is that you get the chance to work in larger teams with great diversity. My colleagues are very supportive, and we always help each other to grow as a family. We always learn new things both culture wise and in our daily work, and there is no difference between Capgemini Engineering consultants and employees you meet at the customers’ sites.

What advice would you give to someone joining Capgemini Engineering?

The work environment is very professional and personalized, and it gives you a good work life balance. Both for in-house projects and as a consultant working at a customer site, one will get many different options to learn from and get expertise in various fields of work across worldwide.
