After 15 years in Telecom, I wanted to explore new industries and roles. Capgemini offers the perfect platform for growth and learning. In my four years here, I’ve managed global web services for an international manufacturer and led projects in healthcare digitalization.

What made you decide to apply to and join Capgemini?

I’m driven by curiosity—curiosity about different roles, businesses, clients, and especially new industries. Consulting offers me the perfect way to explore all of this while allowing me to develop in the direction I choose.

I also have a deep passion for travel and experiencing new cultures. I chose Capgemini because of its international presence, which gives me the opportunity to work with people from all over the world—especially from India, a country close to my heart after living in Bangalore for nearly three years.

Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?

As a Senior Project Manager, my days are never the same. I might be interviewing new talent one day, handling escalations the next, or planning product enhancements. I currently manage a major healthcare digitalization project in Västra Götaland. My previous role as a Service Delivery Manager involved leading a global web delivery, focusing on development, operations, and team motivation. I thrive on the variety and the blend of people, technology, and business.

What makes you passionate about your work?
