Employees across the nation will celebrate throughout the month leading up to National Pride Day through awareness campaigns and partnering with clients for events such as the Grand Rapids Pride Festival. OUTfront passionately and actively advocates for diversity initiatives that are designed to create an internal culture of LGBTQIA+ inclusion and awareness and strengthen a workplace culture of respect, inclusion and opportunities for all.

Diversity and inclusion is a central pillar of providing a welcoming workplace for everyone from any background at Capgemini,” says Janet Pope, North America Corporate Responsibility Director at Capgemini. “We strive to provide a space for education and awareness by supporting the professional growth of the LGBTQIA+ community through events, the availability of inclusive benefits and employee resource groups.”

Earlier this year, Capgemini America Inc. joined a roster of leading global brands in achieving a perfect score (100) on the best places to work for LGBTQIA+ workplace equality index from the Human Rights Campaign.  In particular, Capgemini was recognized for LGBTQIA+ related policies and practices, including its transgender inclusive health benefits. Capgemini continues diligently to achieve a culture of inclusion and diversity globally.

As a talent-driven people business, we believe only great things happen when people come together in inclusive, respectful communities that empower everyone to improve the way we all live and work together,” says Kate Savage, North America Head of Talent at Capgemini.
